Seattle Sites and Bresemann Forest

Thursday- My day off was packed full of fun! 1st stop was Silver Platter in Sodo. We browsed the record portion and I got my record finally. It is one of the records we had when I was a kid. I use to play the record on my parents record player stereo cabinet. It was the perfect relaxation music. Little country, low tone, and epic beat! After that the next stop wa Uwajimaya. Always our favorite but really difficult to find anything since we are strict Keto. The kids loved shopping the anime store. I saw some cute stationary and it made me want to write a letter to whomever. Norie use to write me letters on the cutest paper and it always had matching stickers as well .  This or that? Castles and Knights in Shining Armour

Our anniversary day began hot.  Two oscillating fans turned the bedroom into a wind tunnel, but it had still been a sticky final night in Windsor, California.  Although it was our actual anniversary day, today we were packing up to head toward home after our week-long stay.  We packed suitcases and our half-dozen bottles of estate wines from our adventures across Sonoma county.  I also buckled my book and record finds into the back seat: safe and sound.   Then we were off! While we were in no rush, the first leg of the trip would be a long one.  There is no easy way to get from the Santa Rosa area to Interstate 5.  You have to cross the mountains on the small, two-lane Highway 29.  Well into the mountains, we saw signs for the Petrified Forest and thought we’d take a quick gander.  Unfortunately, they wanted an ungodly admission price just to spend a few minutes looking at petrified trees.  While California was already officially op...
