So what's in your fridge?

I was just reading a post on a blog that I'm addicted to reading. She had been "tagged" by a friend to do these lists on her blog. So here's mine(sorry for plagiarizing Kristy)!

5 things you'd find in my fridge:huge pot of chili Mark has been chipping away at, two packages of Tofu, Hummus, Tortilla's, homemade quiche!

5 things you'd find in my purse (bookbag): 3 x 5 note cards, pens (free pens from hospitals seeking new RN grads), alcohol pads, drug book, and a stale diet coke.

5 things in my closet:My skills book bag (needles, catheters, IV kits), 2 large file boxes with papers I had to write for nursing school), sewing machine, several ugly white UAM nursing uniforms, and a 9-drawer stacker full of scrapbooking supplies!

5 things in my car: A Buffy love card from my husband, Buffy the Vampire musical CD, insulated food bag (for those trips to Sam's Club), two matching booster seats, parking tag for Medical Center of South Arkansas in Eldorado (where I had to drive for clinicals)!

So that's it. Now the picture above? It is not my fridge, although my 5 and 7 year old need extra room to store their nearly 100 stuffed animals! I don't know where they get this love for stuffed creatures....must be Mark! Well, I hope you all enjoyed the little window I provided you! Next stop for me...graduation! I have successfully passed my courses and will be walking toward my new future next Friday (and Thursday night, for pinning)! Hope to see you all soon!

So cool. I love knowing little weird things about people. Not that you're weird, but, well, you know what I mean, hopefully :)

Congrats on graduating....I know you're relieved to be at this point! I'm very proud of you *sniff*!;)

Prescription for Peace and Popsicles

Monday, when we got back from our anniversary trip, found a note on the counter that read: Suzanne called. Play group. Tuesday at 830am. Who would schedule a playgroup so early? Doesn't anyone sleep in? Let the kids find their own breakfast, and stay under the covers till they beg for lunch? Well, you know heat here in the summers, ranging around the 100's, makes us southerners wake up early in the a.m. to do the things we enjoy. When noon rolls around, we hull up in our homes, doors tightly shut, curtains drawn, trying to escape the BIG BAD (the sun appropriately named, right Spike?)! I guess that was not in the cards for us today! We spent the early morning hours playing at the park with pretty much everyone from Journey! Unfortunately around 10 a.m. the heat found us and forced us to retreat to Suzanne's house for some relief! My latest obsessions….puzzling The week after Coyote made a surprise visit! It’s been awhile since I posted! I was just looking back on some posts and giggled so I think it is important to continue since posts tell the story of my life. These pictures were from our latest venture to Paso Robles to see Coyote! Mark, I, and Charlie drove to Paso Robles California in approximately 18 hours. We stayed three glorious days and drove home within the sametime frame. While we were there, we got to see Hearst Castle, visited San Luis Obispo, saw the ocean and tons of beached Sea creatures, ate amazing food, drank amazing coffee, visited a couple of thrift stores, art galleries, and was surprised to find a outdoor vending machine full of specialty meats and cheeses. We purchased a cheese that was literally black all the way through. It was so good and tasty. It had a wonderful lemon taste to it and was very mild. Our Airbnb was located on a Vineyard.
