Chance of a Lifetime

Five glorious nights that I wouldn't trade for anything. I am one lucky employee and one lucky girl. First a 20th Anniversary trip of a lifetime to Alaska and then this, a 5 day/night trip to Honolulu with great friends from work (paid by my employer). Truly blessed! Lessons were learned. I learned that I love wandering off by myself and that my friends are so much fun away from work. I enjoyed the time by myself but missed having Mark with me to share in the beauty of Hawaii. I thought I would hate it because of the heat, but it was the perfect climate and the water was amazing. The water was so blue, warm, and soothing. I wanted to swim everyday out in the ocean. We went to Hawaii for a breast feeding conference that was put on by PESI. I didn't really learn anything new, but it was an okay amount of time to discuss the subject. We left the conference and headed back to the hotel to get back into our swim suits.
I was able to go to a Luau, visit Pearl Harbor, snorkel at Hananama Bay, shop, and eat and drink with some great new friends.
