A Day of Thanks

II was blessed with every holiday off this year, and Thanksgiving started the ball rolling into a very fine holiday season. We spent the day with Mark's family. It was just us there and it WAS wonderful! Mom and I cooked together, cleaned up together, and did it very well. We had each other's back! I am Thankful for my   MIL and how hard she works to host all the time. She even tried to mix it up this year...usually it's the same food every year! She started out dinner with homemade pumpkin soup! It was so yummy. I made the Pioneer Woman's Pumpkin Cheesecake. She even kept us full of apple cider all day long. I believe Ethan had 7-8 cups of hot cider. We all agreed to continue this tradition and the pumpkin soup at Christmas. I did three videos on what everyone was Thankful for on my YouTube channel. Hope you enjoy it. The kids were wonderful!

The next morning, I went to work and Val spent the morning Black Friday shopping with her grandma.
