Just Me!!

  Happy Birthday Charlie! I bought her tickets last August for this concert. It was so hard to keep it a secret but I managed. She thought that the concert was sold out when we talked about it. It turned out to be even better than I expected. We drove up to Seattle for the whole day and played around. We went to the MoPOP (free because we are members) and then ate lunch, went to the Space Needle, and then the main event at The Climate Pledge Arena! I was a fan before but seeing anyone in concert elevates their status on my “care” radar. She is the sweetest person and a amazing artist. Her and her brother compliment each other so well in voice and music. Duckworth, the opening act was pretty good too! It was a day neither one of us will forget.

I have been listening to Jordan Petersen’s advice on life this week and have been using my commute to reflect. So this getaway to a cabin in our beloved Packwood couldn’t have come at a better time. I love the mountains. The smell of the fresh air, snow, and the fire pits bring out the warm snugglies in me. Jordan has brought me to a realization that I have talked about owning a cabin for far too long. I will own a cabin. I will live intentionally in order for that to become a reality.
