Meanwhile at home with Taylor….someone is getting some loves while we are away!

I have been listening to Jordan Petersen’s advice on life this week and have been using my commute to reflect. So this getaway to a cabin in our beloved Packwood couldn’t have come at a better time. I love the mountains. The smell of the fresh air, snow, and the fire pits bring out the warm snugglies in me. Jordan has brought me to a realization that I have talked about owning a cabin for far too long. I will own a cabin. I will live intentionally in order for that to become a reality. I have always wanted to own one because:

-We love getting a chance to sneak away and it would be cheaper than owning a hotel 🏨
-I want to share it with others the way others have shared it with us 🏔
-ibelieve (WiFi password here) it would be a great investment
-I can pass it on to my children and their children
-I love those Cabin Porn books
-It is a great place for family bonding and creating memories
-It’s a great place to drink loads of coffee (until your stomach protests—I am there).
-It is a great place to be inspired
-Perfect scary moving watching setting (we watched 6 in two days and still managed board games/eating/thrifting).
-Great place to wind down when we retire and maybe move to permanently.
-most importantly I want to share our next dream/passion and then watch it come into reality with Mark. It happened when we purchased our house, when we bought our hot tub, and when we purchased our passports for future travel. ibelieve dreams do come true and I want to keep dreaming BIG with my man. It keeps us young, in love, and motivated to live our best lives.
