What a ride! I doubted. The score backed my assumptions up with 4 minutes left in the fourth quarter. The Hawks then did what they do best, changed the game, came to the game, and closed the gap. Overtime, thanks to the coin toss, produced a touchdown and the game was over. The crowds were on fire, firework shots were heard around the community, the little ones blowing their whistles as loud as they could, and Wilson was on the sidelines crying. We were all over the living room, screaming in disbelief and excitement, high fives thrown around the room, and I believe Jeremy picked up Kat and threw her around the room too like one of those plastic footballs (okay maybe that was a slight exaggeration). A day later and we are still shocked, except for Mark who knew the whole time that the Hawks would not be defeated by some cheesy plays from Green Bay. Either way the Seahawks played strong and we are the P-R-O-U-D-E-S-T fans of all. In two weeks, we'll meet back at Jer's house, wearing the same clothes, eating the same foods, and cheering on the same team who can change a score of 16-7 to 22-22 in a matter of four minutes.

1st Quarter- Bill $20
2nd Quarter- Kennedy $20
3rd Quarter- CJ $20
4th Quarter- Mark $40

Well said, Only thing that will change is Judy will win all 4 quarters Ha...So wish I didn't leave next time I will not leave. Why didn't they remove that table at the beginning... What a nice group of fans

Monday, when we got back from our anniversary trip, found a note on the counter that read: Suzanne called. Play group. Tuesday at 830am. Who would schedule a playgroup so early? Doesn't anyone sleep in? Let the kids find their own breakfast, and stay under the covers till they beg for lunch? Well, you know heat here in the summers, ranging around the 100's, makes us southerners wake up early in the a.m. to do the things we enjoy. When noon rolls around, we hull up in our homes, doors tightly shut, curtains drawn, trying to escape the BIG BAD (the sun appropriately named, right Spike?)! I guess that was not in the cards for us today! We spent the early morning hours playing at the park with pretty much everyone from Journey! Unfortunately around 10 a.m. the heat found us and forced us to retreat to Suzanne's house for some relief! My latest obsessions….puzzling The week after Coyote made a surprise visit! It’s been awhile since I posted! I was just looking back on some posts and giggled so I think it is important to continue since posts tell the story of my life. These pictures were from our latest venture to Paso Robles to see Coyote! Mark, I, and Charlie drove to Paso Robles California in approximately 18 hours. We stayed three glorious days and drove home within the sametime frame. While we were there, we got to see Hearst Castle, visited San Luis Obispo, saw the ocean and tons of beached Sea creatures, ate amazing food, drank amazing coffee, visited a couple of thrift stores, art galleries, and was surprised to find a outdoor vending machine full of specialty meats and cheeses. We purchased a cheese that was literally black all the way through. It was so good and tasty. It had a wonderful lemon taste to it and was very mild. Our Airbnb was located on a Vineyard.
