Day Dates

I'm so excited for Spring and Summertime! Our date last rotation was a date to The Hub and a stroll through Wright's Park. I love the Arboretum there and remember going there as a child. It was a tad smaller than I remembered it (always the case when your small and everything is larger than life to you). I think maybe it was my grandmother who took us there too? Anyhow, I think I could just go there and sit for days!

Well that is if my back would let me. I've had a sore back for nearly two weeks, and nothing is helping. I've tried massages, IBP 600 mg PRN, Tylenol 650 mg PRN, hot tubs, rest, and stretches. Weight loss is my next and last ditch effort. I am going to Multicare Wellness Clinic on March 29th.

So back to the Arboretum. I love gardens. My next garden tour needs to be the one that Paul and Carol Gautschi created in Sequim Wa. His film called, Back to Eden, uncovers a new way (or old depends on how you look at it) to garden. I plan to use his theory in my own garden this year. Our walk through the Arboretum at Wright's park was relaxing, our conversations were fulfilling, the food was satisfying, and the rest of the day was a perfect way to end my last rotation off. I lived off of those good feelings for the next seven days of my work rotation on.
