My Memories, My Pictures!
Our Anniversary Trip, and why it meant so much to me!Alone in a car, the open road before us. The silence, music, and reading (my husband reading to me) made the trip perfect.
Stopping at any little roadside place that looks exciting.
Buying little gifts for our 'lil' ones that are unique.
Eating at new places that served our fetish for exotic foods
from lands far away!Bookstores (okay three, but hey that's more than our no bookstore town), that habited some dormant authors we have never heard of before.
Looking at all the books that have been signed by the authors and knowing one day Mark will walk into a little bookstore and sign his own book copies.
Picture taking contests...to see who's photo will be the best! Mine, of course. The one on the left; the odd view of the columns.Strolling on a college campus exploring all the great architecture and the well landscaped parks.
College libraries that provide well placed sitting areas that overlook courtyard fountains.
Fresh morning brew from the mini one cup coffee pot!
Leisurely getting ready in the morning.Discussing history, geography, science, and religion without being interrupted 20 times.
A grimly "walk and talk" at a local cemetery.
Reading till 10p at night and then capping the night off with a game of scrabble!
Time to remember the reason we married...Priceless!
