suzanne's quirkiness in and out of the blogasphere

how does she do it? how does suzanne spell out exactly how i feel in about every blog! i don't think you need to worry about people liking you...you are extremely likeable! you are what the scriptures talked about this morning. a person who gives to those in need, selflessly. i know you are racking your brain right now thinking what you have given me...let me explain! you have given to me without knowing. i needed to socialize last tuesday, i needed to be able to relate to someone, i needed someone to encourage me, and i needed to feel connected (although i didn't need your MAC, sorry). let me say "thanks" for all of that! really and truly journey, and it's members has become an adopted family to us in the few weeks we've attended. i think these blogs truly bring people together. connects us. encourages us and as ronnie mentioned "is a place where the weirdo's can come and belong." to quote jeff's interpretation of what www means for the site address:where weirdo's worship. although mark and i claim to be absolutely normal, we still enjoy the folks at journey. jeff, in your absence, god is still working.

although i would love to gather together this tuesday, i have to pass. my duty as a nurse is taking precedent. i think you read a little too much into the post. i praised you, and in no way called you a weirdo (i was quoting ronnie and something he said about the members of journey two weeks ago.)!we're just as weird as the next people. after all mark and matt...sorry judo chop, talk the same language. Hey, he would get along really well with my brother in law. Davicusprime. He hasn't started his own blog, but if he did i am certain it would mirror judo chops!

I know how you feel... Suzanne also opened my world of friends up as well. I swear her God given 'job' is bringing people in life together! I finally got over myself and asked a young couple in our church (First Presbyterian) if we could exchange numbers and maybe do lunch after church one day.. they were so excited! I truly thought, "I'm going to be like Suzanne and just ask!"
