Nightstand

The top of my night stand usually contains most of these items all the time, and some some of the time. It’s always busy and my glasses never seem to have a space when I rip them off at night. My Cpap takes up a lot of space and I usually unhook all the cords and put them under my pillow because it looks cleaner and kind of like a Bluetooth station. I wish. It has become to me the same as my fan....a absolute must. The Cpap almost feels like a fan because it belows so much pressure of air to keep everything working better. Neurologically I find it the most helpful! My stack O books contains one book I purchased in Port Townsend by a local author, a book about the Obama Administration and the top one which is a pure Costco pleasure read that I’m sure will be a movie. Very “girl on a train” type. I just put my African weaved bowl on the nightstand hoping that I can make sure my glasses have a nice place to rest. Usually it sits on my dresser. The lamp was purchased from Target and I was going to fill it with movie tickets but I haven’t yet. Goals!

Another goal was dinner tonight. Something healthy, devoid of meat, and heavily saturated with veggies. I made the Kale salad from my garden box, roasted beets, turnips (from the box), and parsnips. The big finale was a SIMPLE recipe (no way hahaha) Called Roasted Butternut Lasagna with homemade Beschemel sauce. The complexity of flavors and the roasted garlic did not disappoint. What did disappoint was the two hours it took to make the dish.πŸ˜’ Lots of leftovers though!
