Now For the Rest (or no rest) of the Story

Like NPR says, "this is PAul Harvey and now for the rest of the Story." Period. Period. That word is the reason I had to have surgery. I had to have an Ablation and a D&C. It wasn't too bad since I had been off work and was rested up for it! Dr Borella was my anesthesia and Dr Pomeroy was on point. They both treated me with respect and dignity. It was nice to hear that I was their VIP patient. Thanks for the versed too!! All I remember is being wheeled back and thinking that the ceiling looked like a space station. I slept the rest of the day since the cramping was pretty intense and the drugs hadn't worn off. Somehow I got Charlie to her piano lesson and Ethan to soccer ⚽️. Wait I think my mom took Ethan to soccer ⚽️ The day was a blur! Mark and Valerie went to Neil Stevenson's town house meeting up in Seattle.

Thursday I volunteered to be a chaperone for Charlie's class. The spent the early part of the day riding the Ferry from Point Defiance to Vashon Island. I had a good group of kids that loved dabbing as much as my older two do. We literally go on the ferry and then stayed on while the ferry reloaded to go back. After the ride we went to Owens Beach for lunch. What a rainy day!

Friday Valerie scheduled her driver's test and passed it. She got back that day from the cabin around 12p and then headed right out to practice driving and testing. Impressive Valerie!!
