Week Three
It's week three! Camp Gilead has two of my children and it is soooo quiet here. Valerie had to give her testimony in chapel and help with the songs up front. Ethan is missing his sisters! Ethan is home alone with us this week. He is probably so tired of us asking him what he wants to eat, what movies he wants to watch, and what he wants to do. I just finished my work rotation, slept for an exorbitant amount of hours, and I'm waiting for my husband to come home from his job. I have been extremely exhausted this week maybe because of the weather, or because of the late night barbecue party, or because I picked up a extra shift. I gave myself some grace today and allowed my body to catch up on some much-needed rest. I woke up at 7:15, refused to get OOB, spent time on Facebook, spent time blogging and then fell back to sleep till 1115. I'm so happy I did. I think Mark doesn't particularly like my laziness the day after a rotation is over but I truly don't care. I love this little pillow at the top right! Truly if you LOVE me then LET me sleep. He has been crazy busy teaching this summer. He had been on the couch grading his head off! I told Ethan we would go to the DMV this Friday for his permit and to ATT for his phone. His GF did the sweetest thing for him. She bought him a NKJV bible. It is leather, super manly, and it is a teen study bible. So sweet! I might even take him to church in Redmond this weekend. We will see!
